Community Events

The First Annual NJ Youth Transition Conference created for youth ages 14-21+ who experience I/DD, their families and caregivers and the professionals who serve them, will be held virtually on Oct 1st and 2nd. The conference is hosted by Values Into Action NJ, Camden Partnership for Children, Monmouth Cares, Partnership for Children of Essex and Ocean Partnership for Children.

Oct 1st is Professional Development Day
