Relaxation Skills for Teens (Breathing Exercises)

Relaxation techniques provide beneficial ways of dealing with stress; therefore, relaxation skills for teens are essential. Teens have a better chance of avoiding unhealthy coping mechanisms, such as substance abuse and self-harming when relaxation techniques are implemented.

SEL Apps and Actions for Relaxations and Stress Relief
When we encounter stressful situations, it’s easy to lose our mental health balance and not know how to manage the stress. One of the best things we can do is add simple tools to our coping toolkit so we have a plan when stress, worry and anxiety arise. Some of these apps have built-in feedback systems, in some cases providing immediate formative feedback.
