In your email, please include:
- What documents are you requesting? (examples include Transcript, Diploma)
- Your name exactly as it appeared when you were enrolled at ACIT
- Your academy/program
- Your graduation year
- If available, please include the email address or mailing address of the school or organization that your documents need to be sent to
